Through groundbreaking docuseries like Autoimmune Secrets, Cancer Decoded, and Healing Revolution, he has shed light on natural approaches to some of the world’s most pressing health challenges. His films feature leading doctors, researchers, and patients, and have sparked powerful conversations about how we understand healing.

In addition to his films, Jonathan founded Well of Life, a supplement line created to provide safe and effective solutions inspired by the protocols highlighted in his work. His dedication has earned international recognition, including the Young Citizen of the Year and International Volunteer of the Year awards from the Australian government for his humanitarian contributions.

Most recently, during a Board of Advisors event, members spontaneously raised $50,000 from the room at the end of his presentation to support his charity work in Kenya, a testament to how deeply his message resonates within the community.

At the core of Jonathan’s mission is a belief that truth and hope can transform lives. In the interview below, he shares what fuels his work, the challenges he has taken on, and the vision he holds for the future of health and healing.

Q: What inspired you to launch Health Secret and create these docuseries?

I’ve been an investigative journalist and filmmaker all my life. I founded Health Secret after seeing far too many people suffer needlessly. Many were told there was no hope, only to discover later that natural, science-backed solutions were available. When my own family faced health challenges that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve, it became a turning point for me. I felt a responsibility to uncover and share what’s truly possible when we give the body what it needs to heal.

Q: How do you choose topics and experts for each series?

We select topics based on the issues most urgently impacting people’s lives, such as autoimmune diseases, cancer, and neurological disorders. From there, we identify world-leading doctors, researchers, and patients who have experienced remarkable recoveries. Our team spends months carefully vetting their expertise, reviewing scientific literature, and ensuring that the protocols we feature are grounded in both evidence and real-world results.

Q: How do you balance skepticism with hope?

I believe skepticism is healthy—we should all question what we’re told. But I also believe in hope that is backed by science. We always present data, peer-reviewed studies, and real patient outcomes. At the same time, I remind our audience that health is not a one-size-fits-all journey. The key is empowering people with the tools they need to make informed decisions for their unique situation.

Q: Can you share any highlights or breakthroughs from you docuseries Cancer Decoded?

One of the most exciting revelations from Cancer Decoded is that by targeting the metabolic vulnerabilities of cancer cells through diet, detoxification, and natural compounds, we can dramatically improve outcomes. Seeing patients thrive using integrative approaches, sometimes after being given no chance by traditional medicine, is both humbling and inspiring. Some of the most profound breakthroughs I discovered—and was blessed to share with our community—included the use of Chlorine Dioxide, Urotherapy, and Red Light Therapy.

Q: Where did Well of Life supplements start? What is the origin story?

Well of Life was born out of necessity. Many viewers wanted to put into practice what they learned, but struggled to find supplements that were both safe and effective. We created formulations that are pure, clinically dosed, and completely free of toxins—products I would confidently give to my own family. Our mission is to remove barriers so people can take meaningful steps toward healing.

Q: How have audiences responded to your work?

The response to our work has been profoundly humbling. Every day, I receive messages from people whose lives have been transformed. Parents who were once told to prepare for the worst now watch their children’s autoimmune conditions improve and see them thrive again. Cancer patients who had been given no hope by conventional medicine share that they are now in remission after acting on the knowledge they gained from our films.

These stories are not just testimonials; they are living proof that when people are given truth and practical tools, they can reclaim their health and their lives. This isn’t only about making films—it’s about sparking a global movement of empowerment, where ordinary people discover their extraordinary ability to heal and transform. The gratitude, the tears, the joy I witness in these individuals remind me we are on the right path. And they drive me to keep pushing forward, because for every person who has found healing, there are millions more still searching. Our mission is to reach them, to show them that hope is real, and to demonstrate that together, we can reshape the future of health for generations to come.

Q: How do you balance the value of your subscription with the sense of empowerment you aim to provide your audience?

We’ve designed our membership hub to be more than just a library of information—it’s a guided journey. Members gain access to expert interview transcripts, live Q&As, Masterclasses, eBooks, practical resources, and health coaching programs. Our goal is to support, not overwhelm. We help members take one step at a time toward lasting health by giving them all the tools they need to heal and empowering them to take charge of their own well-being.

Q: What drew you to Red Light Therapy and PEMFs?

I was drawn to these technologies because they address the root of chronic illness: cellular energy production. Pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) and Red Light Therapy enhance mitochondrial function, reduce inflammation, and support recovery in ways that align with the body’s natural processes. When combined with a healthy diet and detoxification, they become powerful tools for healing.

Red Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cytochrome c oxidase in the mitochondria. This enhances ATP production, restoring the energy currency every cell needs to repair itself, reduce inflammation, and function optimally.

PEMFs work in a complementary way. By delivering electromagnetic pulses to the body, they improve cellular voltage, enhance circulation, reduce oxidative stress, and support detoxification. What excites me most is how these therapies work with the body’s natural design—they don’t override biology; they optimize it.

When you combine these modalities with proper nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle changes, you create a powerful synergy that supports healing at a foundational level. For me, that represents the future of medicine: tools that empower the body to heal itself, rather than relying solely on symptom suppression.

Q: The King’s Ransom Foundation shows a deep commitment to community outreach and humanitarian aid. Can you tell us what motivated you to step into this role and what the foundation is accomplishing?

I’ve always believed that access to something as basic as a meal should never determine the difference between life and death. That belief deeply motivated me—even as a young man—when I became a Youth Ambassador for World Vision, and later when I founded my own initiative in response to the famine crisis in the Horn of Africa. Today, my work with the King’s Ransom Foundation continues that calling.

Through King’s Ransom, we’ve raised essential resources such as food, shelter, and clean water for vulnerable families, widows, orphaned children, and communities in extreme poverty. We firmly stand behind the promise that 100% of donations go directly to ministry and humanitarian efforts, thanks to operational costs being covered separately.

Every step of this work is driven not only by a desire to help but also to empower. Our mission is to restore dignity, provide tangible hope, and create lasting transformation. To me, this is about living out tangible compassion and being a real part of ending extreme poverty.

Q: Please could you share your insights on fighting the “Plandemic” narrative?

We’ve seen how Big Pharma and Big Ag profit immensely from keeping populations sick and dependent. The pandemic exposed how these industries, in collusion with certain government agencies and media outlets, controlled the narrative, suppressed life-saving treatments, and pushed experimental solutions with little transparency.

Through my work with Health Secret and our docuseries, we’ve uncovered expert breakthroughs, whistleblower testimonies, peer-reviewed data, and historical patterns that show how public health crises are used as tools for profit and control. It’s not just about one virus, it’s about a system designed to perpetuate disease for financial gain.

My mission is to break through that deception by empowering people with truth: natural healing methods, real prevention strategies, and freedom from the toxic systems that have dominated modern healthcare. People deserve to know that their health and their freedom should never be traded for corporate profit.

Q: What do the stories of transformation and testimonies mean to you?

The stories of transformation and the testimonies we receive… they mean everything to me. When I think of people like Gloria, Nancy, and Nataylia, I don’t just see names or statistics, I see lives that were on the brink of despair, people who were who were suffering, sometimes feeling forgotten by a system that failed them.

I’ll never forget Gloria telling me how she regained her health after years of chronic illness when she was told there was no hope. Or Nancy, who broke free from the grip of pain and medication dependency. And Nataylia, her courage in fighting for her life and reclaiming her vitality still brings tears to my eyes.

These are the moments that fuel my work. This is why I stay up late at night researching, why I travel to interview doctors and healers around the world, and why I pour my heart into creating these docuseries.

For me, it’s never been just about exposing what’s wrong, it’s about restoring hope. Seeing these transformations reminds me that when people are empowered with the right knowledge and tools, they can rewrite their own story. That’s what keeps me going.

Q: How do you go about addressing criticism in mainstream medicine?

Addressing criticism from mainstream medicine is something I’ve had to navigate often, and I approach it by staying rooted in truth and evidence—even when it’s unpopular. Unfortunately, many potentially life-saving approaches have been dismissed simply because they don’t align with the pharmaceutical profit model.

For example, certain therapies have been portrayed in the media as dangerous, when in reality they have safely and effectively helped countless people in the right applications. Similarly, nicotine is broadly misunderstood; while its addictive form in cigarettes is harmful, pure nicotine has shown promising therapeutic potential for neurological health.

Red Light Therapy is another case in point. Despite extensive research supporting its benefits for mitochondrial function, inflammation reduction, and healing, it was ignored or dismissed for decades. Why? Because you can’t patent sunlight or simple light therapy, and there’s little financial incentive to promote it.

My approach is to educate and empower. I bring forward independent experts, real-life testimonials, and complex data to show that the mainstream narrative isn’t always the full story. Ultimately, this isn’t about winning debates—it’s about saving lives. And when I see people regain their health after being told they had no options, it reinforces why we must continue to challenge the status quo.

Q: What’s next for Jonathan Otto and the future of your docuseries?

The future of my work is rooted in a mission bigger than myself: empowering people to reclaim their health and freedom. Our upcoming docuseries, Regenesis, is especially close to my heart. It pulls back the curtain on the systems that have kept people in the dark, exposing misconceptions and corruption in medicine while showing with compassion and evidence that there is a better way.

Watching people move from fear and confusion to confidence and healing is what drives me, and Regenesis is about sparking that transformation on a massive scale. Alongside this, I’m launching RedLife, a venture dedicated to one of the most groundbreaking modalities of our time: red light therapy. With its ability to restore cellular energy, reduce chronic illness, and work in harmony with the body, I believe it will become a cornerstone of a new era of medicine that is natural, effective, and accessible to all.

Looking ahead, my vision is simple yet powerful: to keep creating docuseries and solutions that inspire change, equip people with truth and tools, and provide lasting hope. I want this movement to ripple across continents, helping families raise healthier children and leaving behind a legacy of freedom and wellness for generations. As long as there are lives to save and stories to tell, the work will continue.
