Jessica Haley: Building Halo | Haley Through Craft, Community, and Intentional Living
Meet Jessica Haley—a force for transformation, known for helping high-achievers break through plateaus, sharpen their mindset, and unlock next-level performance.
With over a decade of experience in building seven-figure sales teams and coaching top professionals, Jessica blends science-backed strategies with deep inner work to drive meaningful, lasting change. She’s not interested in surface-level motivation—she facilitates true breakthroughs that ripple across every area of life and business.

Jessica Haley is building Halo | Haley (formerly Ava Jewelry) with a clear focus on identity, craftsmanship, and connection. As co-founder alongside Ryann Halo, she leads the creative direction and community behind the brand, shaping it through her background in performance coaching and her understanding of how confidence influences the way people show up.
Her career has been centered on helping individuals develop clarity and step into stronger versions of themselves. That perspective now carries into Halo | Haley, where the product is designed not only to be worn, but to influence how the wearer feels and interacts with others.
The brand began as a personal project. Jessica started creating and sharing jewelry organically, driven by creativity and connection rather than commercial intent. Over time, consistent demand began to shape its direction. As more people asked where they could buy what she was wearing, the project evolved into something more intentional, marking the beginning of a brand built with purpose.
From Bali Discovery to Brand Foundation
The origin of the product traces back to a trip to Bali. Jessica found a small showroom, purchased several pieces, and began wearing them at events. The response was immediate. People approached her and asked where they could find the jewelry.
She returned to Bali to locate the same supplier and began building a direct relationship. The process required trust, as she initially operated without formal systems in place and worked closely with the manufacturer to produce pieces.
As demand continued to grow, the business began to take shape. Her partnership with Ryann Halo added structure and operational direction, allowing the brand to move from a side project into a more defined company.
Early releases sold quickly, and when the collection launched more formally, most of the inventory sold within the first month.
Hands-on Creation
Jessica remains directly involved in how the product is made. Together with her team, she works with silversmiths in Bali to develop each collection.
The pieces are created from scratch. Stones are selected by hand from large collections of raw and polished materials. Designs are sketched and refined before production.
Because each stone is different, every piece is unique. This process takes time and limits how quickly production can scale, but it reflects how Jessica chooses to build the brand.
A Product That Changes How Women Show Up
Jessica approaches jewelry as more than a visual accessory. Each piece is designed as a statement, one-of-one creation that reflects individuality and influences how the wearer shows up. Her focus is not just on how it looks, but on how it shapes presence and identity.
Customers consistently report that wearing the pieces changes how they feel. They become more confident and more open in social settings. The jewelry often attracts attention without effort and becomes a natural starting point for conversation.
This response has been observed repeatedly at events and in everyday interactions. It has shaped how Jessica positions the brand, not simply as an accessory, but as a collection of distinctive pieces that support self-expression, confidence, and personal presence.
Building a Community Around the Brand
Halo | Haley has evolved into more than a product. It is a curated network of women connected by shared standards, taste, and intention. Jessica plays a central role in shaping this community, bringing together women through thoughtfully curated events and introductions where meaningful connections form naturally.
The women drawn to the brand value individuality and are actively building something of substance in their own lives. The jewelry often becomes a point of recognition, but the deeper value lies in the relationships and network that form around it.

Growing With Intention
Jessica is deliberate about how Halo | Haley grows.
Rather than scaling quickly, the focus is on building a strong and intentional foundation. This includes refining the brand’s online presence, increasing visibility in aligned, high-impact environments, and placing the pieces where they naturally belong.
She is also strengthening operations, particularly her relationships with artisans and manufacturers, to support future growth while preserving the handmade, one-of-one nature of the product.
The Direction of Halo | Haley
Halo | Haley reflects Jessica Haley’s broader approach to business. It is built on intentional living, self-expression, and connection.
While Halo | Haley is co-founded with Ryann Halo, the brand reflects a shared vision rooted in confidence, connection, and self-expression. Together, they are building Halo | Haley not only as a jewelry brand, but as a platform that brings together product and community.
The business continues to evolve, but its foundation is clear. It is built through hands-on creation, shaped by real demand, and driven by a strong understanding of the women it serves.
