Rhonda Swan: The Corporate Executive Who Became a Global Brand Visionary

There’s something unmistakable about Rhonda Swan—an energy that fills the room long before she speaks. Maybe it’s the confidence of a woman who’s reinvented herself more than once, or the calm certainty of someone who’s built a business on her own terms.

Today, she’s known around the world as the founder and CEO of the Unstoppable Branding Agency, the creator of WILD Global Inc., and the visionary behind the best-selling Women Gone Wild book series.

The Leap That Started It All

Today, she’s known around the world as the founder and CEO of the Unstoppable Branding Agency, the creator of WILD Global Inc., and the visionary behind the best-selling Women Gone Wild book series. But long before the magazine covers and television lights, Swan was a corporate executive in a tailored suit, managing pharmaceutical brands inside one of the world’s biggest companies.

She had the title. The salary. The corner office. But what she didn’t have was freedom.

“I remember looking at my baby girl and realizing that no job, no matter how prestigious, was worth missing her first steps,” Swan says. “That moment changed everything.”

In 2003, Swan made what many called a reckless decision: she left her marketing role at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals to start an online business from scratch. There was no roadmap for women in digital entrepreneurship then, no influencers, no playbooks, no social media.

Guided by determination and a deep desire to design her life around her family, she turned to early digital marketing pioneer Perry Marshall, often referred to as the “Godfather of Marketing.” Under his mentorship, she learned how to build sales funnels, craft compelling narratives, and reach audiences across the internet.

Within a year, Swan became the first woman to earn $1 million online through a sales funnel, a milestone that redefined what was possible for women in business.

Building The Unstoppable Brand

That success became the foundation for the Unstoppable Branding Agency, co-founded with her husband, Brian Swan. Together, they created a global firm helping entrepreneurs and executives turn their personal stories into powerful brands.

UBA now works with high-profile CEOs, investors, and thought leaders to elevate their digital presence through storytelling, PR, and media, with features in Forbes, Entrepreneur, USA TODAY, Yahoo! Finance, and more.

Swan’s message is simple: authenticity is the new currency.

“When your message is clear and your story is real,” she says, “you don’t chase opportunities—they chase you.”

From Boardrooms to Broadcast Studios

Rhonda’s gift for storytelling naturally transitioned her from brand strategist to media personality.

She now hosts The Wall Street Minute, filmed inside the New York Stock Exchange, airing on CNBC, Fox Business, Bloomberg TV, Newsmax, and Newsmax2, where she interviews investors and market disruptors shaping the economy.

She also hosts The Rhonda Swan Show: Wake Up New York Edition, distributed through USA Today, featuring entrepreneurs and leaders creating meaningful change. Her newest production, Wake Up SoCal, airs on FOX 5 San Diego, expanding her reach to the West Coast.

Life Without Borders

Seventeen years ago, the Swans traded in routine for the open road. Since then, they’ve lived in more than 50 countries across all seven continents, raising their daughter, Hanalei, while running their businesses from laptops.

Known online as The Unstoppable Family, their journey has become a symbol of what’s possible when work and life blend in harmony. “We wanted to show people that success doesn’t have to mean sacrifice,” Rhonda says. “You can build wealth, raise a family, and live life fully, all at once.”

Wild Global: A Movement for Women Who Lead

In 2020, Swan launched WILD Global, Inc., a global platform created to amplify women’s voices and inspire new generations of leaders.

Her Women Gone Wild book series—with editions focused on Wealth, Intuition, Leadership, and Diversity—brings together female authors and changemakers from around the world, sharing stories of transformation and power.

The movement has since evolved into WILDx, a live, TEDx-style platform where emerging speakers share their stories on stage. Its signature event, WILDx: American Idol for Speakers, takes place at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills, offering participants a direct path toward TEDx-level exposure.

“Every person has a message that can change lives,” Swan says. “WILDx gives them the courage and the microphone.”

An Unstoppable Legacy

Two decades after leaving corporate America, Rhonda Swan has built an empire rooted in storytelling, empowerment, and action.

Through Unstoppable Branding Agency, WILD Global, and her award-winning media platforms, she continues to help others do exactly what she once dared to do: bet on themselves.

Her mantra says it all:

“Live your life now. Leave an impact. Share your voice.”

And she’s living proof that when you do, the world listens.
